Jenni Sandford-Nedoszytko FounderJenni has over 20 years of leadership, ministry and training experience both in the UK and internationally. She also has a Masters Degree in leadership from Henley Business School.She is an international speaker, trainer, and spiritual life and business coach/mentor, as well as a Master Life Languages™ Communication Coach, CEO of Communication IQ Ltd and Co Founder of Be Then Do. She is passionate about helping people into their true identity as sons and daughters of God, to live their lives with passion and purpose. As Founder and Director of the KLA she is also living her passion on purpose! She is married to Paul and they live just outside the beautiful city of Bath in the UK.

Paul Nedoszytko Co FounderPaul has over 30 years of business, leadership and coaching/mentoring experience within multi-nationals, SME's and start up companies as well as within churches and charities.He is an international speaker, trainer, and spiritual life and business coach/mentor, as well as a Master Life Languages™ Communication Coach, Chief Business Development Officer of Communication IQ Ltd and Co Founder of Be Then Do.With his business background and passion for all things Kingdom, he is developing a Kingdom Business School which will launch soon. It will be a place where existing and potential business owners can explore how to set up, run and grow a business by applying Biblical principles that transforms lives, local economies and glorifies Jesus.
